Re-Niw Warranty replicates the warranty provided by your manufacturer for a period of up to 2 years beyond what the manufacturer provides. The plan covers all malfunctions and manufacturing defects in the device. Extended Warranty is applicable for up to 2 additional years after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the plan you buy.
Covered
- The battery fails to hold a charge.
- The phone arrives with pixel damage or other damage to the screen.
- The screen turns green.
- The phone overheats and shuts off.
- Coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty ends.
- Mechanical and electrical Defect covered.
- Free Repairs including spare parts and Labor.
- The maximum repair turnaround time is -15–
- Camera, Mic, Earpiece, Sensors, Speakers Covered.
Exclusions
- Physical or Liquid damage, misuse, and abuses are not covered.
- Damage caused by breaking the device intentionally and unintentionally.
- Damage caused by fire, natural disaster, or loss of left of the device.
- Mobile phone of which the serial number were changed or removed in whole or in part. caused due to rooting, jailbreaking or other software that may affect your covered product’s hardware;
- Caused by any unauthorized repair or modification to your covered product undertaken by any unauthorized third-party repairer; and to your accessories if there are any signs of physical damage to your accessories.
